    El Famous Burrito, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways...

    1. Milanesa burritos that make grown adults weep with orgasmic joy.

    2. The REAL nachos (ideally steak) that are chips with beans, meat, cheese baked in the salamander then topped with sour cream and guacamole, lettuce and tomatoes.

    3. Self service horchata!

    4. Always a full staff on hand to expedite orders.

    5. Impeccably clean.

    6. Amazing pico de gallo that has a slight kick.

    7. Open late as hell to meet almost every one's schedule.

    8. The absolute best and freshest (made to order in front of you) tortilla chips on the planet.

    ...need I say more?

    Horrible service. Menu not explained well and when you tell them that your food is not right they don't do anything about it and charge you if you want any changes. The food was also not that great. I'm from out of town and I wouldn't return and recommend it.

    There are a few hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurants in the area, and I've found I like this one the best. The food is as good as others, but their prices are accurate. Most other places are over priced. Plus, the woman who usually works the register is really nice. A month ago, they accidentally gave my order away to someone else, which left me waiting a while for them to remake it. But she said she'd replace my order the next time I came in, which was today. And that's exactly what she did. This is the kind of quality customer service that is lacking at other places.

    I placed an order for pickup I asked for the steak taco dinner a corn in the cup and an horchata. I get there to pick up my food and she did not charge me for the horchata I was on a lunch break so I told her to forget about it. I get to work and instead of steak tacos like i had asked I got carnitas (pork) which I hate pork! On top of that she did not give  me any forks or spoons for my beans and rice and corn!

    Over charged for an order and wasn't able to show evidence on receipt. I don't think a burrito with extra meat should cost $12.93
